Azure Flight Support was founded in May 2019 by David Augustin and Allen Howell with a clear mission: strengthen and elevate small-market airports. Our team has spent a lifetime building and operating aviation businesses — air charter, aircraft maintenance, FBO services, and flight training — and we understand what it takes to create healthy, well-run airports that truly serve their communities.
We bring that experience forward with intention. Our purpose is to partner with communities, apply what we’ve learned across decades in the industry, and help airports operate safely, efficiently, and with long-term sustainability. Every airport has potential; our work is to unlock it.
