Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This is a critical role in ensuring the safety of aircraft and passengers.

Responsibilities:
– Perform routine inspections such as 100-hour and annual, and maintenance on aircraft according to established schedules and procedures
– Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems, including airframe and engines
– Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
– Read and interpret aircraft schematics and technical manuals
– Provide support in aircraft ground handling and engine operation
– Conduct tests and inspections to identify and resolve issues
– Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
– Adhere to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company policies

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, primarily in a piston general aviation shop environment
– IA endorsement preferred
– Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and operations
– Proficient in reading and interpreting aircraft schematics and technical manuals
– Ability to perform assembly/disassembly tasks as needed
– Skilled in conducting root cause analysis for troubleshooting purposes
– Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs)
– Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Location: Smyrna, TN KMQY

Overview: The mission for a Fixed Based Operation (FBO) Line Service Technician (LST) is to emphasize AFS’s core values resulting in delivering an incredible level of customer service to every single AFS customer. Maintain a constant focus on safety in all aspects of the operation as the number one core value of AFS. The LSTs will always be motivated and willing to deliver service according to AFS standards. LSTs will work together to develop their skills on a consistent basis, while following policies and procedures set in place by AFS. All LSTs will work as a team with every employee involved in the FBO operations – particularly other LSTs, CSRs and the Airport Authority staff.

Summary of Essential Duties:
-Providing customer service to all pilots and passengers.
-Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
-Marshalling all aircraft in and out of the ramp area.
-Servicing all aircraft with fuel and oil.
-Towing all aircraft in and out of community hangars, T hangars, maintenance hangars, as well as to and from tie down areas.
-Securing all aircraft.
-GPU and Lavatory services; including disposal of lavatory contents.
-General cleaning and stocking of the FBO, hangar office areas, hangar floors, crew cars and other ground service equipment (GSE).
-Service all GSE with running fuels, oil and general maintenance of all GSE.
-Charter aircraft cleaning.
-Quality control; including ordering and receiving and testing of fuel and other products.
-Communication with CSRs, management and maintenance, using two way radios.
-Having a pleasant attitude towards co-workers and customers.
-Uphold the policies and procedures implemented by Azure Flight Support and other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

-Prior FBO experience preferred but not required

Overview: The mission for the Customer Service Representative is to serve as the main source of communication for all FBO operations. Foster a culture based on integrity in working with all FBO employees and in the delivery of services to our FBO customers where internal and external “consumers” of the FBO’s services and products are treated as valued stakeholders. Foster a culture of uncompromising safety within the team. Foster an attitude of excellence in which we treat each other with respect while we hold each other accountable to get the job done correctly and serve our customers.

Summary of Essential Duties:
-Making rental car reservations
-Completing rental car reservation forms
-Using the Titan Aviation Fuels Atlas POS and concierge properly and to its maximum capability
-Driving customer and rental cars
-Making hotel reservations
-Taking and submitting catering orders
-Scheduling aircraft departure and arrivals
-Receiving fuel orders
-Filling out fuel and service orders
-Reconciling and completing the prior day’s fuel inventory and sales in a timely manner
-Receiving, recording and relaying aircraft departure information and dispatching to the Line Service Technicians
-Dispatching Line Service Technicians and giving inbound aircraft airport advisories, using two way radio operations
-The general cleaning of the FBO, as well as keeping lobby area neat and tidy
-Cleaning and filling of aircraft coffee pots
-Filling and transporting bags of ice
-Having a pleasant attitude towards co-workers and customers
-Multi-tasking
