Mike’s aviation career spans 30 years. He is a CFI, CFII, MEI, aerobatic & tail-wheel instructor. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Management from Georgia State University. He has flown 135 passenger and freight and retired from a 20-year career with Air & Marine operations (AMO). His last position was contract flying Intelligence Reconnaissance & Surveillance in support of military operations overseas.
While in AMO he served as a Supervisor / Standardization Instructor over fixed wing training at his agencies National Aviation Training Center where he was responsible for development, standardization and implementation of training material and supervising flight instructors. He brings this skill to Azure and serves as the Flight School manager over all three Azure flight-training centers.
