Jason Wright

Director of Maintenance - KCSV

Jason began his aviation journey in 2001 at a skydiving drop zone, learning the fundamentals of aircraft operations and ground support from the bottom up. This early exposure to the high-utilization environments of Caravans and Twin Otters sparked a lifelong career dedicated to aviation excellence.

After becoming a licensed A&P in 2011 and earning his Inspection Authorization (IA) in 2015, Jason transitioned into the world of high-performance general aviation and business jets. His technical expertise spans an impressive range of airframes, from Piper Aircraft and Textron products (King Air and CJ series) to Daher Socata TBMs and Gulfstream Large Cabin jets.

Over the past two decades, Jason has evolved from a frontline technician into a Master Technician, eventually serving as a Lead for several high-performing shops. Today, he serves as the Director of Maintenance for Azure Flight Support at KCSV. In this role, he leverages 25 years of hands-on experience and leadership to oversee safety, compliance, and technical precision, ensuring that Azure’s fleet and clientele receive world-class service and reliability.
