Smyrna Rutherford County Airport (KMQY) is located in Smyrna Tennessee and Rutherford County just 15 miles and a 30-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Rutherford County is one of the fastest growing counties in the US.

The airport has two runways, the long runway is 8048 feet with an ILS approach. The airport has tower operations from 0700 to 2200 on weekdays and 0700 – 1900 on weekends.

Our FBO operation is located on the west side of the airport next door to the airport authority’s three story terminal building. We have 19 acres under lease with 50,000 square feet of heated hangar space for storage of aircraft, 20 T-Hangar units, and additional land available for development for private / corporate hangars.

The FBO operation is currently open 24 hours Sunday – Thursday, Friday open until 10:00PM, Saturday open from 6:00AM-10:00PM, and has the capability to handle large cargo and passenger aircraft. We are on call 24/7 and can be available to service your aircraft after hours with a one hour notice. We have the contract with the Defense Logistics Agency to sell fuel to Department of Defense aircraft and can handle any military aircraft up to a C17 and C5A.

We have courtesy crew cars for short-term use and have access to several major rental car companies in the area. Within 4 miles of the airport you have a choice of over 10 hotels and multiple restaurants.

Whether you’re here for an extended stay or stopping in for a quick turn, our highly trained staff will accommodate you with friendly service and attention to detail.

As with all of our locations, we are Titan branded fuel and honor Titan contract fuel, CAA member fuel pricing and most other fuel contract programs. We accept all major credit cards.
