Johnna serves as Airport Manager at Crossville Memorial Airport in Crossville, Tennessee. Her love for aviation began at 16 when she started flight training at the very same airport she now manages. That early spark has grown into a lifelong commitment to general aviation, and she eventually completed her private pilot training out of Crossville Memorial as well. She joined Azure Flight Support in a line service role in 2020 and advanced through FBO and line service management positions before stepping into her current leadership role as Airport Manager. A private pilot herself, she leads with a strong focus on safety, service, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the team’s core purpose and values. Known for her hands-on approach and genuine care for people, she is passionate about providing safe, efficient operations and an exceptional customer experience. For her, aviation and customer service go hand in hand and she strives to make every visit to Azure Flight Support at Crossville Memorial Airport feel valued, appreciated, and well taken care of.
