The terminal building is one of the nicest in the state of Tennessee with a mountain chalet design and 8000 square feet in size. We have a pilot lounge with private snooze rooms, a full catering kitchen, multiple conference rooms including a meeting room that seats up to 40 with full audio visual technology available for conferences. More details about the airport and the terminal building can be found at the airport website – clevelandregionaljetport.com

The airport is a gateway to the city of Cleveland and Bradley County, just 4 miles to downtown Cleveland, Lee University and lots of good local restaurants. We are also the closest airport to the Ocoee River and the Cherokee National Forest for whitewater adventures, camping, hiking and other outdoor sports.

The Fixed Based Operation hours of operation are 7am to 6pm seven days a week. There is pilot access to the facility and self serve fuel for after hours. We will also come out to serve you after hours for a call out fee of $95.00.The facility fee will be waived with a minimum fuel purchase.

Adam Dekinder, our General Manager, and his team of experienced line service technicians will greet you with a smile, provide excellent service and give you directions to the best places to eat in Cleveland. We do have a courtesy car for short- term use and access to several major rental car agencies.

We now offer flight training and aircraft rental with a fleet of four aircraft including a 6-place Garmin equipped Piper Saratoga.
